Common Registration Questions

Q) Will I receive a message confirming receipt of my application form and application enrollment fee?

A) Yes. Your Degree Program Application Form will be reviewed by the ICMT Admissions Staff in the order it was received. If you submit your application using our online enrollment form, you will normally receive an immediate confirmation from our automated response system - and a personal confirmation from the Admissions Office with 24 hours.

If you pay your enrollment fee online using our secure credit card processor (PayPal), you will normally receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail a few moments after submission.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within 2 business day of submitting your online enrollment form, please contact the Online Administration Office by e-mail: - Please make certain to include your name, e-mail address and the date you originally submitted your application within the body of your message. An Admissions Office representative will contact you promptly.

Q) Do I have to wait to be officially accepted into the degree program after I submit my enrollment form and enrollment fee?

A) Yes. Your enrollment information will be reviewed prior to your acceptance. Acceptance, does not guarantee you will graduate. The student must successfully complete and pass all components of the program. It is the responsibility of the incoming student to assess their ability to successfully complete the degree program requirements.

Q) When do I pay my course tuition balance?

A) Once accepted, you will receive detailed information for completing your degree program tuition balance. Alternatively, if you have chosen to take part in a payment plan offered by the college, you will also receive information on how to submit your first payment to our automated system.

Q) Can I pay my course tuition by Bank Wire?

A) No. Due to financial security issues with international payments, we can no longer accept tuition payments by bank wire. If you live outside of the USA, and do not have access to a credit card accepted by the college, or PayPal, please contact us to check for available alternative tuition payment methods.

Q) Do I need to purchase any text books prior to the start of my course?

A) Not necessarily prior to starting, however you will need to purchase (or borrow) course books during the program.
