The INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF METAPHYSICAL THEOLOGY is an institute of higher learning incorporated in the State of Washington - USA. Programs offered by the college are are all-inclusive. Our program is designed to lead the motivated adult student to a bachelors degree, a masters degree and a doctoral degree. The course has been designed to be completed within approximately two to three years. This does not mean it cannot be completed sooner or later than that time, depending on the student and the amount of time the student can devote to their study and coursework.

At ICMT, courses such as English, Math, Science, Literature or other conventional courses are not taught. History and literature are taught as they pertain to theology and spirituality. Students are guided through the program to insure completion of studies.

Upon completion of Bachelor’s Studies and the Ministerial Program, the student will be ordained within the College Seminary and receive the Bachelor of Metaphysical Theology Degree (B.MT.).

At that time, the student will receive the materials needed for obtaining the Master of Metaphysical Theology Degree (M.MT.). Once the Masters program has been completed, the student will receive their degree certificate, along with the materials needed for completion of the Doctoral program. Depending upon the subject matter of the student’s dissertation and completion / acceptance of the dissertation, the student will be awarded the Doctor of Metaphysical Theology (D.MT), the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) or Doctor of Divinity degree (D.D.).

The State of Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board has determined that International College of Metaphysical Theology qualifies for religious exempt status from the Degree-Granting Institutions Act for the following programs:

Bachelor of Metaphysical Theology (B.MT.)

Master of Metaphysical Theology (M.MT.)

Doctor of Metaphysical Theology (D.MT.)

Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.)

Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)

INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF METAPHYSICAL THEOLOGY degree programs are not designed to meet any particular local, state or national licensing or credentialing laws, or to meet any requirements established by any private independent associations. If seeking a degree for licensing purposes, ICMT advises students to inquire with said associations, state, or specific school districts to determine acceptability.

The International College of Metaphysical Theology is a distance-learning program using the Internet, the postal service and/or other delivery systems. Students may use any library at their disposal and study at their own individual pace. International College of Metaphysical Theology is a distance-learning program. As such, there is an “open registration” policy. International College of Metaphysical Theology is a non-profit educational corporation registered in the State of Washington.

International College of Metaphysical Theology is not a regionally accredited institution. The accreditation process is strictly voluntary. Theology, like religion, is protected under the first amendment of the United States Constitution. This amendment guarantees the right to practice and teach others. This is the essence of our degree.
